John Davis founded Rapid Automation Design in 2006. His vision to provide customers with quality services, innovative solutions and best-in-class products through exceptional engineering talent continues to drive the company. John’s engineering experience includes years of complex FPGA design, embedded software, graphical user interface software, and hardware development. His combination of business experience and engineering abilities has contributed to the company’s growth from a single employee firm to a provider of global solutions and services.
Wayne Duello
Chief Technology Officer
Wayne Duello has over 20 of years experience in hardware and systems design. Working both in commercial and defense electronics, he has designed and provided system engineering for radar systems, electronic intelligence systems, base stations, high-performance modulation equipment, RF transmission systems, computer boards, and handheld equipment. His broad range of experience and expertise with high-speed board design, FPGA design, communication systems, communications protocols, data acquisition, and system solutions have afforded customers a diverse knowledge from which to draw.
Scott Imhof
Vice President of Business Development
Scott Imhof brings over 25 years of experience to our management team. Scott gained extensive experience in the management of engineering developments from concept through manufacturing for both commercial and government customers. His experience and abilities provide the road map for developong future business. Prior to joining Rapid Automation Design, Scott held various engineering positions at GE Fanuc Automation, Harris Corporation, GCSD.
